Clear narration and consistent language help a course remain understandable from the first module to the last. We coordinate voice and text production for learning content, with terminology, pronunciation and version control established before recording.
Planning the work
An assignment may cover a single lesson or a series of modules. We agree how scripts are divided, how audio relates to the learning material and which languages or captions are required. Human or synthetic narration is selected according to the brief and the permitted voice usage.
Prepare a repeatable production plan
Provide the scripts, lesson structure, target audience and terminology references. Identify abbreviations, technical terms and names that need a pronunciation decision. We also discuss the likely update cycle, so file naming and module boundaries support future revisions.
Coordinate text, voice and captions
Translation and localisation can prepare language versions before narration. Direction keeps tone and pacing appropriate to the audience, while review checks the spoken script and any accompanying timed text. The agreed scope can combine these services without requiring separate briefs for each stage.
Deliver by lesson and version
Agree the output format, module identifiers, file splits and approval sequence. Later changes should refer to the script and audio version being revised. Learning-platform upload, course authoring and technical deployment are separate from voice and language production and need their own scope.
