Human review focuses on the requirements of the service: meaning and terminology for text, or pronunciation, performance and technical quality for audio. Feedback is gathered against the agreed version, with corrections and changes to the original scope handled clearly.

We supply the agreed files and versions, with any relevant handover notes. Feedback and approvals remain in your WhatsApp or email conversation. New language versions, script changes or additional usage can be scoped as follow-on work.

Timing depends on volume, languages, casting, source readiness and approval stages. We confirm a schedule after reviewing the brief. AI can accelerate suitable production tasks; human direction and review remain part of that schedule.

Translation is reviewed against the source for omissions, terminology, names, numbers and tone. Localisation also considers audience context and agreed adaptations. Transcription is checked against the recording, with unclear passages marked for clarification rather than presented as certain.

Listening review covers the script, pronunciation, pacing, expression and continuity. Technical checks follow the agreed file and recording requirements. Synthetic output receives a listening review too; generated speech is corrected when it misreads the script or does not fit the intended delivery.

The text is reviewed with the video for timing, readability and line breaks. Speaker identification and meaningful sound descriptions are included when captioning is part of the brief. The source version and target playback format are established before timing work begins.

We agree the script or sample approvals needed, collect feedback against a named version and distinguish corrections from new requirements. Deliverables are checked for the agreed structure and format. Source changes, additional languages and new usage may change the estimate and schedule.
