How we work
Send your brief on WhatsApp, or use email if that suits your team. There is no new client platform to adopt. We use your existing conversation to clarify requirements, agree the production plan, share work for review and coordinate delivery.
From brief to delivery
The brief is the reference throughout the assignment. Before production, we establish the content, audience, language, usage, delivery format and timeline. Specialists direct the work, and human review checks it against those requirements before it reaches you.
01 / Brief and scope
Share the source material, references and deadline, even if some details are still being decided. We clarify the deliverables, responsibilities, usage and approval stages, then provide an estimate for the agreed work. Voice permissions and any AI-related usage are addressed before production.
02 / Prepare and produce
We coordinate the artists, language specialists and studio requirements appropriate to the project. Scripts, terminology and performance direction are established early. Where a sample or an initial review is useful, it is included in the production plan.
03 / Review and resolve
Human review focuses on the requirements of the service: meaning and terminology for text, or pronunciation, performance and technical quality for audio. Feedback is gathered against the agreed version, with corrections and changes to the original scope handled clearly.
04 / Deliver and follow up
We supply the agreed files and versions, with any relevant handover notes. Feedback and approvals remain in your WhatsApp or email conversation. New language versions, script changes or additional usage can be scoped as follow-on work.
How quickly can a project be delivered?
Timing depends on volume, languages, casting, source readiness and approval stages. We confirm a schedule after reviewing the brief. AI can accelerate suitable production tasks; human direction and review remain part of that schedule.
