Subtitles & captions
We prepare subtitles and captions that can be read comfortably alongside your video. Language, timing and line breaks are reviewed together, with translation, speaker identification and relevant sound descriptions included when the brief requires them.

Subtitles typically represent dialogue, often in another language. Captions may also describe speakers and meaningful sounds. We establish the audience, playback context and delivery specification before preparing the text and checking it with the picture.
Timing and readability
We consider reading speed, natural line breaks and the relationship between text, speech and the image. Names and terminology remain consistent across the video. Share any platform specification, character limits or style guide so the review follows your requirements.
Files prepared for your workflow
Send the final or clearly versioned video, any approved script, target languages and the required delivery format. We can scope timed text files such as SRT or VTT; burned-in text and additional video versions should be agreed separately. Picture changes after timing may require a new pass.
Do captions include sound descriptions?
When captioning is requested, the scope can include speaker identification and relevant non-speech audio. We agree the conventions and level of detail for your audience and platform, then review the captions in context.
